- Carry out risk analysis.
During Project Execution
- Cost management control.
- Time management control.
- Quality management control.
- Chair bi-weekly contractor technical and contractor
meetings.
- Agree system of communication between all parties.
- Supply client with monthly reports showing full financial
update, cashflow, progress, etc.
- Set up change order procedures to control changes.
- Ensure clients requirements are met to full satisfaction.
- Authorise payments on works certified.
Project Completion
- Programme “snag” inspection process and
client handover.
- Agree and overlook commissioning of services.
- Prepare client handbook/Maintenance manuals.
- Follow up habitation certificates, and completion
of work sign off.
- Agree final accounts with contractors.
- Handover to client.
